The bilateral workshop is part of the DFG "Forschergruppe Optimierungsbasierte Multiskalenregelung motorischer Niedertemperatur-Brennverfahren”, and will focus on the sub-project "Numerical methods for optimization based control of cyclic processes”. Aim of this workshop is to discuss the following topics:

- Discuss current project state and adjust short and long term planning.
- Modelling issues: How to compromise between first-order and full white-box models?
- Software improvements: Presentation and discussion of the CasADi-tool / Update on developments in acados
- Publication planning: Formulate concrete goals for the SCC paper.
