The ELO-X Advisory Board meeting will take place, after the ELO-X Winter School, in February 2024.

It will be an opportunity for the ESRs and the AB members to meet. The ESRs will present their works (using posters) to the members of the Advisory Board, the Supervisory Board, and each other.

Poster Template

Please find the Latex Template for the A0, portrait-oriented, #BetterPoster style poster here. In this zip folder, you will find the document to edit ('main.tex') including instructions as in-line comments, as well as an example poster ('example.pdf' with source documents in an 'example_src' folder.)

(ESRs, please prepare posters you would feel comfortable having posted online, and send them (by email, to the below address) before midnight between Thursday February 1st and Friday February 2nd, 2024. The printed posters will be waiting for you in Milan, as well as sent by email to the members of the Advisory Board, Supervisory Board, and your fellow ESRs.)

Accommodation

We have a discount code (21elox) with a nearby hotel (Milano Città Studi - 21 House of Stories), that is valid until 2023-12-22. The discount code is valid for stays between 2024-02-05 and 2024-02-16. Cancellation is free until 2023-12-22; afterwards the full price will be applied to no-shows and cancelations.
