Compact ACADO Course – Automatic Control And Dynamic Optimization

Monday, May 11, 2015, 9:00 - 13:00

Room 02-012, Georges-Köhler Allee 102, Freiburg 79110, Germany

Aim of this short course for master and PhD students
is to enable the students to use the open source optimal control software ACADO Toolkit from an MATLAB interface. The focus is on code generation for Model-Based Predictive Control (MPC). The course starts with a short overview lecture and a demo and then consists of guided exercises using a simple control example (pendulum on a cart), followed by self chosen mini projects and extensions on the second day.

Before the course, participants should install MATLAB and ACADO using these instructions.
Make sure to download the master branch:

git clone https://github.com/acado/acado.git -b master ACADOtoolkit
