Short biography

Adrian Bürger received a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Engineering at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences in 2013 and 2014, respectively. In 2020, he received a PhD degree from University of Freiburg, with a doctoral thesis on nonlinear mixed-integer model predictive control for renewable energy systems. Currently, he is employed as a postdoc and working on software and methods for energy systems control and optimization.
